A Message from Kathy Kyle, BID Manager
It is with deep gratitude and humility that I received this letter and wrote a response to Sir Clive Alderton, The Principal Private Secretary to The King and The Queen Consort, on behalf of the Dorking Town Partnership.
I am honoured to receive Sir Clive’s congratulations and generous, kind words. It is with great pleasure that I send my most sincere thanks to him for taking the time to recognise our community in this way.
I will happily share his sentiments with our wonderful community, which I am sure will be warmly received.
We look forward to celebrating His Majesty the King not only this weekend, but continuing “The Big Help Out” legacy long after the DorKing Coronation.
Our Coronation event celebrates Dorking: its heritage, culture and community and independent spirit. I hope you will all join me in celebrating our Dorking community on the 8th May. View our Official DorKing Coronation Programme for complete details.
