Sandstone Studios is the workspace and showroom for local artists Chris Forsey RI and Stephanie Wright MSDC. At the studio you can see paintings, pottery and unique ceramic sculptures for sale, and they run occasional painting classes and open studio sessions.

Landscape Painter Chris Forsey is interested in landscape, townscape, coastal subjects and still life. His main preoccupation is with atmosphere, light and weather, and he captures the fleeting changes and how it affects the world around him. He is a member of The Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours.

Potter Stephanie Wright makes contemporary hand-thrown ceramics, and she creates sculptural work exploring new ways of using the potters wheel to create flowing forms.

Her current work combines traditional throwing skills with an unconventional design approach to create distinctive sculptural and functional ceramics.
