The Institute of Classical Osteopathy (ICO) is a registered charity, and it’s aims are to preserve, explore and develop the osteopathic concept and philosophy. They do this by continuing the education of postgraduate osteopaths, providing mentored training, and by bringing together and supporting members of the osteopathic profession worldwide who follow a classical approach.

Established in 1956, the Institute runs postgraduate courses, workshops and conferences, and it has over the years published a series of academic books, Yearbooks and DVDs – all of which are available for purchase on-line.
