By entering this prize draw participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Dorking Travel accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or received.

Entries will only be allowed in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

No responsibility will be accepted for entries delayed.

A winner will be chosen by random draw performed.

The prize voucher is valid for 12 months from the draw and is non-transferable nor can it be exchanged for cash. The voucher can only be exchanged for a package or linked travel arrangements. Flight Only bookings are not included in conjunction with the voucher.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they, and the person travelling with them, will be available to travel and that each holds a valid passport, any necessary visa, adequate travel insurance for the holiday and submitted advanced passenger information (API) in advance of travel, so as to be able to travel on their chosen travel date. 

Dorking Travel reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond control makes it necessary to do so. 

The winner must be one of those who travels on the holiday.

Once the booking is confirmed no changes to the booking are permitted. The booking conditions are available on request.

Once the booking is confirmed, any requests to alter the booking will be subject to availability and will incur an amendment fee on top of any additional cost, both of which will need to be paid for by the winner at the time of any amendment.

Winner announcement & claiming the prize

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, then that winner’s prize will be forfeited.

Dorking Travel may ask the winner to participate in reasonable promotion and publicity (in media and social media) around the prize win. 

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may not be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. By entering the competition you agree to Dorking Travel storing your data and to sending promotional information about Dorking Travel and its services to you.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, Dorking Travel, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Dorking Travel, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The prize must be taken within 12 months of the prize draw.
