Location 8 - St Martin's Church yard

Question: What distinguishes moths from butterflies?

Answer: Moths are nocturnal, have feathery antennae, and often rest with their wings open.

Did you know St Martins Church is the tallest in Surrey? St Martins Church has one of the tallest church spires in England and it is visible for miles around. This Victorian building was designed and built by Henry Woodyer, a Gothic Revivalist Architect and built between 1868 and 1877. You are only a 5 minute walk from Meadowbank Park, take a break, visit the playground, enjoy soft play, check out our professional Dorking Wanderers football team, or just feed the ducks.

Next location: Outside Brewers Decorator Centre.
